FIx a Bug of Google Japanese Input on Windows Search

Google Japanese Input had a bug that caused windows search to work wrong. We can’t input any texts in the search bar.

Environments:
- Windows 11 (build 22631.4169)
- Google Japanese Input (GoogleJapaneseInput-2.30.5590.0+24.11.9)

Bug fixed version was released.
